Shipping terms

 

Shipping by DHL

 

We generally ship by DHL for a fixed price of EUR 5,00 (within Germany) regardless of the number of articles you order with one order/checkout. Regular delivery times are 1-3 working days (Monday through Friday) after receipt of your payment.

Shipping & handling for deliveries to EU countries is EUR 14,00 regardless of the number of articles you order with one order/checkout. We usually ship within 1-3 working days (Monday through Friday) after receipt of payment. Actual delivery times depend on your country and are beyond our control.

Worlwide shipping is possible. Shipping cost is dependant on weight and size of the order and the destination. Please enquire before you order by mail so we can calculate shipping cost.

We ask for your understanding that we cannot offer shipping service with other service providers but DHL for organisational reasons.

In case of damages incurred in transport we ask your to notify us as soon as possible.

 

Pick up / Click & Collect

 

While going through the check-out process you may (in Germany) choose pick up in our store during our regular store hours.

There is no shipping and handling charge for this service.

You may pay for your order online up front or upon pick up in our store in cash or with your credit or debit card.

Please be aware that ordered and unpaid articles will be held for a maximum of 5 days. Should the articles not have been picked up by the 5th day we will cancel your order and take the articles back into our stock.

 

Claims, customer complaints and cost for returns

 

All articles leaving our house are inspected carefully for defects. However, even we might miss something now and then or there might be a well-hidden defect. Please contact us if you have reason for complaints.

Shipping cost for regular returns will be paid by us (please see disclaimer information) for all returns within Germany. This service is not available outside of Germany. Please contact us if you want to return an article within Germany and we will send you a return slip by e-mail. We cannot reimburse you for shipping cost.

For organisational reasons we cannot and will not accept returns marked "pay on delivery" or "freight collect". For qualified customer complaints and claims we will reimburse you for shipping cost you may have advanced.
